Both founders bring extensive experience in acquisitions, development, and asset management, and share their perspective as adjunct faculty in Columbia University’s real estate program. CLARENCE RADIN - Co-Founder and Principal​
Clarence is a seasoned real estate investor whose career has been defined by disciplined underwriting and meticulous execution. At Hudson Point Partners, he applies deep experience across acquisitions, due diligence, and asset management to guide investments from initial evaluation through successful operation.
His prior experience includes key roles at Drake Real Estate Partners, where he underwrote and conducted due diligence on over $400M of multifamily and senior housing investments, and at Invesque and Care Investment Trust, where he helped acquire healthcare real estate assets across the U.S. and Canada totaling over $770M.
Clarence holds a B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, where he has served as adjunct faculty since 2019, teaching investment coursework to the next generation of industry leaders. His academic and professional background instilled in him a deep respect for fundamentals, which informs every investment decision at Hudson Point.
​HAIG NAZARIAN - Co-Founder and Principal​
Haig has 12+ years of experience in real estate investment and development, with a passion for uncovering value in overlooked places. Prior to co-founding Hudson Point Partners, he was Director of Development at CGI+, where he led the acquisition and development of over 1.7 million sq. ft. of mixed-use and residential projects valued at $520M.
He also held roles at Urban Edge Properties (NYSE: UE) and CIM Group, managing and developing large-scale retail and multifamily assets across Los Angeles, New York, Miami, and Mexico, with projects exceeding $700M.
Haig earned his B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, where he now serves as adjunct faculty, teaching in the same graduate program that shaped his own career.
As a Principal at Hudson Point, he draws on years of entrepreneurial, development, and management experience - combining urgency and creativity in service of disciplined, value-driven execution.
