CLARENCE RADIN

Co-Founder and Principal

Clarence Radin is a Co-Founder and Principal of Hudson Point Partners. At Hudson Point, Mr. Radin oversees acquisitions and new investments, as well as property and asset management.

Prior to establishing Hudson Point Partners, Mr. Radin worked at Drake Real Estate Partners, a leading private equity fund where he was responsible for sourcing and evaluating new multifamily and senior housing investments, underwriting, due diligence on $400M+ of investments, as well as executing asset level business plans.

Prior to Drake, Mr. Radin worked on the investment teams at Invesque and Care Investment Trust, where he was responsible for the acquisition, financing, asset management, and disposition of healthcare real estate assets throughout the United States and Canada. During his tenure at the companies, he was directly involved in transactions exceeding $770M.

Clarence graduated with a BA in English from Georgetown University and holds a Masters in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. Clarence also serves as a faculty member at Columbia University’s Real Estate Development program, where he has been teaching since 2019.

HAIG NAZARIAN

Co-Founder and Principal

Haig Nazarian is a Co-Founder and Principal of Hudson Point Partners. He has 12+ years of experience in real estate investments and development.

Prior to establishing Hudson Point Partners, Mr. Nazarian was the Director of Development at CGI+, a leading real estate owner, operator, and developer where he was responsible for the acquisition and development of mixed-use and residential development properties in Southern California, totaling over 1.7M square feet and budgets exceeding $520M.

Prior to CGI+, Mr. Nazarian worked at Urban Edge Properties (NYSE: UE) and CIM Group acquiring, entitling, and managing the development and redevelopment of large-scale regional shopping centers in the NY Tristate area, as well as 1,700+ apartment units, and mixed-use projects totaling over 2.6 million square feet in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, and Mexico. Total development budgets of the investments he worked on at the companies exceeded $700M.

Haig graduated with a BA in Economics, History, and Russian Studies from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor and holds a Masters in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
